I took CuePrep from $0 to roughly $50K in revenue and 6,000+ learners across 90+ countries in under two months, starting solo and now leading a 5-person team. I own product, growth, and P&L end-to-end across 12 live exam verticals, built with agentic workflows and LLMs so a handful of generalists ship like a much bigger team.

I led Cuemath's company-wide AI product strategy across five tracks and shipped two to production: a real-time system that scores tutors live during trial classes against a 30-behaviour rubric I designed, and a sales-pitch generator that tells each rep exactly what to pitch a parent from the AI's read of the trial.

I owned the tutor-matching engine that routes every free-trial request to the best-fit tutor across regions, the top of Cuemath's growth funnel. Through the matching algorithm plus a set of policy and UX changes, I lifted trial-request-to-delivery from about 60% to about 98% across geographies. One such change: flipping the tutor app from opting into slots to blocking out exceptions grew trial hours offered from roughly 2,000 to 15,000+, a 7.5x jump.

As founding product manager I built MathGym, a daily math-practice app, from 0 to 1M+ downloads with a 10k+ daily-active core, leading a team of 11. Its core belief: math is far more than formulae and numbers, it's deep logical thinking. We taught that through 100+ curriculum-aligned lessons, plus puzzles and turn-based PvP strategy games rooted in game theory (like Nim), spanning 1000+ levels.

I led UX research, design, and development of two native apps for a sports-tech startup, turning 25+ biomechanical performance parameters into visuals athletes could actually read, with a team of 5.

As an undergrad I co-founded a bootstrapped freelancing collective — profitable from day one, $0 ad spend, shipping 0-to-1 products for clients across India, the UK, Australia, and Singapore. I grew a 100+ member community and trained juniors to build and deliver client work while shipping hands-on myself.

As the first hire at an early-stage STEM-workshop startup, I generated first revenue within two months and shaped product strategy and operations from scratch. I designed the offline workshop experiences and hired and managed an external engineering team of 5.
